Hands on with high risk patients. Lots of opportunities for learning. Opportunities for picking up extra shifts. Co-workers stick together as best we can and help each other out when time allows.

Cons

Be prepared to fight against unsafe assignments. Unsafe environment (multiple malfunctions with elevators) Higher ups only concerns are getting awards and saving money.
