Some fellow employees were good to get to know, most will stab you in the back though

Expensive health insurance that isn’t great considering you are WORKING FOR A HEALTHCARE FACILITY Favoritism and ability to treat employees much differently including making some punch in & out for lunch, breaks,etc while not making everyone & seniority is a joke Not a friendly environment if you have FMLA as you get bullied for it by management and end up being made to feel uncomfortable and guilty if you need to use it
