      Good benefits, union job (though it doesn’t seem to do much for you), okay pay scale,

      Management structure is inefficient, training in minimal, employee parking situation is abysmal, probationary period is essentially a “slave labor” time.

      There is nothing pro about this organization.

      I have worked in healthcare for the better part of 25 years and this is by far the worst organization I've ever worked for. The leadership is absolutely horrible and they gaslight the hell out of their employees. The low pay, lack of leadership, and gaslighting they do to their employees is insane. Run from this place or you will regret it.
