Pros

I was given many opportunities in my role to build my resume. There were many good coworkers at the time I left.

Cons

Management in the IT security team was not great though. Training/conference opportunities were almost non-existent.

Pros

Fair base pay, 401K employer match up to 4%

Cons

They took away our extra shift bonus, yet expect us to work back-breaking OT. They merged multiple units together, such as ICU with IMCU, without considering our opinions. Our complaints fall on deaf ears. Staff nurses are leaving in droves, with no one to replace them. Constantly short-staffed, yet they refuse to hire travelers or give us back our incentive bonus to work extra. What gives? An "open ICU" has turned this new fancy building into more of a 5-star hotel than a hospital--our focus is on aesthetics and pleasing family members instead of actually focusing on patient care.
