People that I worked with are very friendly. Great benefits and other departments are more than willing to answer your questions.

Cons

Hard to get time off. Management was horrible but they now have new management since then

Great team atmosphere on the individual floors. Great pay for the area and flexible work schedules.

Cons

Out of touch management, headquarters is in Duluth and is not employee friendly or convenient if you have issues with benefits. Insurance is horrible. Very little incentive to continue education to higher level.
