      Going downhill fast

      Pros

      The upper leadership of the organization is fantastic and very caring.

      Cons

      Unforunately, the middle management of the organization is horrible to work for with politics and back-biting going on constantly. Priorities are never straight and everything is a priority. I would stay far away especially if you work in what's called a "shared service" like HR, IS, Finance or Marketing. Horrible managers who care nothing about their employees and don't tolerate new ideas.

      Personable people through out the organization

      Cons

      Talks a lot about innovate, but innovative people were brought in and managed out within a year or two. People who had been there 20 years stayed. They choose not to rock the boat by attempting to innovate.

      The pros of working at this clinic are the patients. Gaining experience and certified for Drug Screens and BAT Screens.

      Cons

      The cons are the lack of support from a few of the supervisors, being unprofessional in front of co-workers and patients.
