Wonderful Staff and Doctors who care about their patients

Cons

Lack of employee support, need to get both sides of story and just because you might of had a talking to in the past, like 3 or more years before, does not mean it is the same situation

Personable people through out the organization

Cons

Talks a lot about innovate, but innovative people were brought in and managed out within a year or two. People who had been there 20 years stayed. They choose not to rock the boat by attempting to innovate.
