      Pros

      Job security, great friendships, pay is decent and benefits are ok.

      Cons

      If you are non-union trying to switch positions within the company is almost impossible. Lots of turn over with upper management.

      I found no Cons to the position other than having to park a few blocks away when it was really cold.

      I have been here for almost 14 years and I think it us one of the better places to work in the area.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities. Many different departments that give you a variety of options. People are pleasant to work with in all departments.

      Cons

      It isn't located in the best area. A lot of crime in this area. The insurance benefits are OK, a little high especially when you have to care a family plan.
