Business Outlook
Pros
Company is very patient focused. They do live out their mission statement. Many resources available for employees. Allow and encourage work/life balance.
Cons
Wages across the entire system are not consistent. Employer/union relationship is often hostile. Organization is somewhat top heavy with an extrodinary amount of senior management positions while staffing elsewhere is not adequate. Not much room for advancement if currently in a union position.
