Friendly Coworkers, Great Atmosphere, On Job Training, Flexible Hours for those in School or if you want a second job. Everyone is approachable and willing to help you if you need help on anything.

Cons

Stressful at times due to patients or hard days, management was great but also sometimes hard to track down in person due to number of clinics in the area but were always available over phone.

They took away our extra shift bonus, yet expect us to work back-breaking OT. They merged multiple units together, such as ICU with IMCU, without considering our opinions. Our complaints fall on deaf ears. Staff nurses are leaving in droves, with no one to replace them. Constantly short-staffed, yet they refuse to hire travelers or give us back our incentive bonus to work extra. What gives? An "open ICU" has turned this new fancy building into more of a 5-star hotel than a hospital--our focus is on aesthetics and pleasing family members instead of actually focusing on patient care.
