Pros

Supportive staff if you get a great team. I loved MedSurg at MillerDawn! My manager was also AMAZING which honestly half the reason the job so great.

Cons

You can get pulled onto other floors you don't want to work on, which is just part of the job. But if you have great Nurses who love you working with you, they will do their best to help out!
