Excellent teamwork. Providers are great to work with.

Cons

Staffing is an issue. A lot of shifts working short staffed. Mandatory time off is so high that you can never build a vacation bank up for personal vacations/time off. Your vacation time is always used to meet your FTE.

Essentia is a good place to work, but the pathology department is terrible

If you are a bad worker, this is the place for you. They will give you raises, bonuses and let you do whatever you want.

Cons

If you are a good conscientious worker, you will be frustrated beyond anything you can imagine. The management is horrible, which continues to hire friends so there is no where to go with complaints.
