First of all, this aging town has the desire to attract more homeowners and upgrade its medical facilities. This town has, hands-down worst pay I have ever received essential needs a revamp in their HR department. The people in this department are catty, unprofessional, and have no clue on how to direct people. As the ignored opioid issue expands into this town, they need all hands on deck, which they won’t get with such low pay and poor treatment to their employees. In addition, I hope this town is prepared for Essentia merging with Marshfield system. trust me, I have worked for Marshfield as well, and it is NOT an improvement!
