I enjoy the environment Essentia has to offer it's employees. I have wonferful coworkers that I really enjoy working with. The medical insurance isn't awful, but is a high deductible plan. They offer really good dental and eye insurance

Cons

You need to negotiate pay, because they will try to low-ball you.
