      Pros

      Pay, loved my direct supervisor, some doctors and NPs are amazing.

      Cons

      Onboarding was horrendous, doctors like to feign altruism and care more about themselves than patients, many nurses and social workers are clique and not inclusive or friendly to outsiders, and some management are liars and give fake promises.
