No more home office or hybrid work — employees are required to be in the office at all times. The team will soon be moved to a very large open-space office environment. Some employees work fully remotely from cities such as Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, and others while receiving Sofia-level salaries. With the new rule requiring Sofia-based employees to be in the office full time, this situation feels unfair. No public transport card or commuting support is provided. Employees feel discouraged from speaking up about issues; those who do may face disciplinary action or other negative consequences. The team is required to use outdated animation software that very few competitors still use (Adobe Animate).

None at all a toddler could run that place better!

Cons

Low pay started a union when I got there years later still negotiating, and the things that has been negotiated is irrelevant management is slow and they steal the employee tips
