Wonderful coworkers, easy job, paid breaks, you play games all day, easy to make a bonus but also easy to lose a bonus, meet and talk to new people everyday, alright benefits (dental, vision, health, life insurance)

Cons

Bad upper management (would rather fire and hire than work with good employees), PTO and unpaid time off constantly being denied, consistently understaffed and overworked, very strict about appearance

Good business model, meet great people, provides gaming industry vibe without the risks,

Cons

Doesn't care about its people, no leadership, no trust, only cares about the bottom line, no training and doesn't understand the US labor market. Very stressful, fast paced and they use their employees for company gain.

free coffee and tea and very little supply of fruit only enough for 6 people for a company with 40+ employee on a day.

Cons

Management ignores employees' requests and constantly imposed more duty on them only to make themselves look better. Toxic relationship between game presenters even though there isn't any direct competition between them. Schedule is fixed and graveyard shifts are difficult to endure. They enslave employees and provide very little support when needed. Worst management and company ever!
