Pros

Good people works there, friendly individuals overall. Interesting industry to work in.

Cons

HR policing everywhere, feels like you are being watched all the time in a bad way. Overall discomfort with senior management. A culture of fear and bias decisions. Used to be a good place to work 3 years ago, now everyone wants to leave.

Audio video studio standards are very high!! Must be on time! Ur being seen, heard, graded, evaluated daily! Plus online worked are judged, rated and open to Trollers, Hecklers, or ppl looking to capture an embarrassing or awkward online exchange for their personal amusement.
