1. Long and intensive working hours, I saw one colleague had nosebleed because of the fatigue. 2. inflexibility for choosing working hours-student part-time workers have to work 20 hours. Employees do not have any freedom in deciding how many hours he/she wants to work. 3. This job might not be suitable for those who are easily nervous in front of the camera. The compensation and punishment system is primarily based on the number of mistakes you have made. People who can succeed in doing this job must be good at multitasking: presenting the cards without mistakes, communicating with customers, and being mindful any unexpected incidents.
