      Autonomy, flexibility, cutting edge industry

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor benefits. Management in Europe does not understand work in the US. Company is more interested in generating revenue and increasing share price than employees. People are treated as replaceable and there is no direction from executives in Sweden and Malta

      Pros

      You get extra breaks throughout your shift.

      Cons

      You basically live off tips and tip share. Pay can be low because tips are based on personality and looks and they hire unattractive people alot of times, that dont make many tips but they get equal cuts of the tips. Supervisors are not that bright. There are like 4-5 of them on each shift, using one brain.

      Good people works there, friendly individuals overall. Interesting industry to work in.

      Cons

      HR policing everywhere, feels like you are being watched all the time in a bad way. Overall discomfort with senior management. A culture of fear and bias decisions. Used to be a good place to work 3 years ago, now everyone wants to leave.
