Nothing pro, you will loose your mental health and would need to work round the clock

The Pune office, especially the Enterprise vertical, is extremely political and toxic. HR is perceived as biased and operates more as a power center than a support function, creating unnecessary pressure on managers. Selective policy enforcement, intimidation-style communication, and false narratives are common. Gossip and internal alliances appear to influence leadership decisions more than actual performance or delivery. Work–life balance and psychological safety for managers are poor. Overall Highly political environment with unethical practices and zero transparency. If you value professionalism, fairness, and mental peace, avoid joining—especially in managerial roles.
