      - Poor communication from senior management - Colleagues feeling constantly overworked - Colleagues feeling undervalued - Difficulty in progressing; i.e. if you're good at your job, they don't want to move you onward. - Concerns of bullying were ignored - A lot of people being pressed to work outside of their contracted hours

      Flexitime is about all can think of.

      Cons

      No development No possibility of moving to another project truthfully. No thought to staff welfare or morale and work/life balance. Targets are everything. Profits before people attitude.
