Promise of training when joining grad program but reality is that only 1 internal course made available and empty promises of funding for external courses/training. Little choice over clients you will be sent to and many not within city centre which is what is sold in the interview stages. Grad program not at all structered only 2 main challenges during program just expected to do regualr 9-5 for the program. Senior management male dominated with little focus on looking after own employees, putting client interests first always. Leaving grad program early can incur financial penalty.

Company claims to give lot of development opportunities but they are very limited (90% is just hands on testing) and it takes months and patience. Company's priority is a client which is understandable but only to extend - they will sacrifice well being of their consultants in the process. They expect you to give 150% for the client without giving you anything in return. Expect to travel to client on Sunday eve's and stay until 5pm on Friday.
