Pros

Friendly and collaborative organisation Employees well engaged

Cons

-small company with big ambitions for growth in a very demanding sector , hindered by resourcing capability and recruitment to compete with larger more established competitors. -A very reactive organisation that could plan better -Development opportunities limited -work life balance is an issue -Benefits really not that great compared to others with a relatively low pension contribution and bonus scheme.

Pros

I worked here for 6 years, joined as a fresher There are no pros that i can think of

Cons

No learning, no appreciation, u won’t get any opportunities. Boot licking culture No consideration of your commitment, performance, integrity I had worked here for 6 years and i regret it a lot why i didn,t leave this place in 1 yr or so. I hoped that i will get the recognition but there was none. And above all the raise is way below industry standards, and considerable chunk of your ctc is performance incentive

Modern offices, good customers and good learning opportunity on the job.

Cons

Poor and aggressive senior Management, no support or backing from management. Lack of technical and limited technical support available. Everything is about money and expected to work 50 hours per week regularly

We recommend that you speak to a member of People Services if the points you’ve raised persist so we can try and help you. Working long hours each week isn’t something the business expects employees to sustain; there may be one off times when longer hours than normal may be required but this shouldn’t be a regular occurrence. If you do continue to have concerns, please contact us. We have received some positive feedback regarding our senior management team in our recent employee survey so it is disappointing to hear this counteractive advice. We hope that the company can support you appropriately moving forward and we are pleased to hear you are feeling challenged and are developing in your role.
