      Stagnated company, Poor leadership in Pune India office

      - Till 2015 SQS India Infosystems was a growing company, was having healthy work culture and employee friendly policies. - Focussed on Software QA/Testing.

      Cons

      -After 2016, new leadership was appointed and the company started losing employee friendly policies, business growth was slow, politics and favoritism, leadership preferred close group of few individuals who were loyal to the leadership team than employees or customers. This group got better pay hikes, multiple promotions.
