At times it is difficult to have a clar vikew on compnay's lonmg term strategy

An encouraging environment for deeply technology-oriented employees, capable of hands-on work; flexible work environment; result-oriented management style. No apparent divide between management and employees

Cons

I don't see any downsides apart from Transformation which I think is common across the industry.
