      Pros

      1) Frequent onsites 2) Decent appraisals irrespective of business situations 3) Diverse Clientele (Some of the top brands in the industry) 4) Inclusive environment. 5) Sports/Cultural activities 6) Employee friendly financial/HR policies. 7) Layoffs are rare and are only for genuine performance reasons

      Cons

      1) No frequent team lunches and no day outing during bad business years. Not really a big problem, though. Because during good years, they will compensate it with good trips to some of the best places in and around Karnataka
