- Good work environment, therefore plenty of opportunities to learn and upskill. - Staff is supportive of and receptive to new ideas. Management and the HR are approachable and they encourage employees to speak up. - They have access to the industry experts. - The employee body in general is good in terms of technical expertise.

Cons

- The internal departments are very disconnected and work at their own pace. - Appraisals are not as per the market standards. - Transport is an issue.
