      1. Good incentive 2. Transparency in Promotion 3. Employee Benefits are good 4. Best company for Female employees 5. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      1. Top management is filled with "Home-grown" employees and follow old strategies 2. Forcing employees to promote the company. If you check all the reviews, it'll be on the same date 3. 2 years mandatory bond if you join as fresher 4. If you come from top MNCs, then this environment will not suit you 5. Onsite opportunities are provided only if you are well known to top management 6. Only limited projects are available and many employees are in bench
