Good professional work culture. Flexible work environment, no micromanaging, No strict dress code as such, cooperative Management. Annual salary hikes better than industry average.

Cons

Limited work locations in India restricted to Chennai, Mumbai & Pune only. Poor Health Benefits and other incentives. Very Limited or NO Work From Home options. Company largely originating from Chennai, staff belonging to Chennai are given comparatively better preferences (opportunities, promotions, on-site stints, perks, etc. ) over employees from other locations. Office Infrastructure & amenities is mediocre.
