As you are aware that Expleo in Pune before acquisition was formerly known as SQS, which was a leading independent testing organization worldwide and that’s why you will find lot of opportunities in software testing (QA services). After acquisition there are rigorous efforts taken to build development opportunities and so we hired a bunch of freshers along with investing in some highly experienced resources to develop our capabilities in Pune.       Pros

      * This is good company for learners * Provides lot of opportunities for learning and certifications * On-site opportunities * Good career growth with less enthusiasm * Good Work Life balance

      Cons

      * Lack of fun part in the working place * No clear KTs will be given in the project and process * Process are not well followed * Management is not enough close to us * Infrastructure is not up to the mark * Mobile phones are not allowed inside ODC * No extra allowances * Too much criteria for appraisal
