Company claims to give lot of development opportunities but they are very limited (90% is just hands on testing) and it takes months and patience. Company's priority is a client which is understandable but only to extend - they will sacrifice well being of their consultants in the process. They expect you to give 150% for the client without giving you anything in return. Expect to travel to client on Sunday eve's and stay until 5pm on Friday. Resource management places people at the sites even 5h away from their homes. People who post here nice reviews about work life balance must work in Expleo office in London not as a consultant. 90% of consultants work below their skills and competencies which makes you feel demotivated.
