Pros

You will be provided with placements to work at with diverse industry sectors. The overall new group will now have more weight and stability. Placements are high quality and generally you can be working in large established UK companies.

Cons

Placements are across the UK. Can be up to 2 years. So may need to get used to staying in hotels. Experienced staff have recently been let go if they've been inbetween placements (on the bench) over a certain period of time. Initial cost cutting for the new group perhaps?
