      Pros

      Great place to work. Friendly and encouraging environment. You can achieve higher positions and roles if you want. All kinds of contributions are welcome.

      Cons

      Salary is divided into Egyptian pounds and Euros. The salary isn’t the highest nor in the highest range but yet acceptable. Weekends and Holidays follow the project country so it’s usually not aligned with the Egyptian public holidays. Medical insurance is not the best but acceptable. Yearly bonus doesn’t exceed one month worth of salary. No compensation for overtime except on Weekends and Public Holidays.

      More concerned with revenue than customer or staff needs Some staff treated and protected by managers more than others - too many management cliques and favourites Staff treated as just another “body” to put on client site
