Worst Experience in my career ...DON'T GO, Unless ...
Pros
Well, apparently the only positive thing to mention here is the possibility to take footsteps into big companies, banks, big fabricants and so on. Most of the collegues I met throughout the so called "training phase" were nice ... and thats about it
Cons
Well, i actually dont know where to start. UK's contracts are extremely bad, no paid sick leave, deduction on your salary, 24k a year in a city like London!!. Germany, where I was being placed, is a bit better when it comes to salary. But don't expect to be paid as internals, because even though law forces them to, they use all possibilities not to. you get bounded to the contract for two years, being forced to pay back a huge fee (1/24 for every month left) , every training costs around 20000 Euros. Here comes the next point, I dont understand where these costs come from. Most of the teachers had to be taught by students :) and this program nowhere near prepares you for the so callled "IT Consultant". You are going to be perm hired at FDM but handed around and sold to one company after the other. Doesnt matter if you like that job Idea or not, you mind doesnt matter here. THe contracts are extremely hard to understand, and after a long time working for them I still wouldnt get many aspects, same as for many other people being hired. Worse aspect though is their ability to lie, work together and put you in a bad light. Things werent to discuss, I had the right to accept their point of view, no chance to defend myself nor discuss things out. Actually the reason why I left the company. So after all, good if you have no experience at all and want to get your foot into business, but only if you're will to be treated as a slave. Because after all, you're not more than a number.
