Flexible schedule, home office hybrid. Trustworthy managers that don't micromanage, and expect you'll get the work done but can choose when and how you do it.
Cons
Lack of training, if there is not costumer project there isn't a lot of internal projects to do and typically not possible to help others with their customer projects.
