      Organized, fair pay, are the only thing that I can mention

      Cons

      Under handed trickery, was asked to sign a new papers without specifying that it would shorten the notice period, was removed from the the IG metal Union, and given notice the next week. Background, I was hired without project, left my previous job, and was let go within first month, because they could not find project. (this was pre Covid)

      If we didn't get a right position then as alternative it is good place

      A lot of cons, they just want to make money with candidate. Get double billing from client pays less than half to candidate
