There is a lot of young colleagues working at Flixbus and the working atmosphere is really good

Cons

The top management lacks diversity, it seems that it is a club of white, german friends from BCG The business model is weak, it's not working out either for FlixBus or for the bus partners

good to do a little of everything you are not scolded for mistakes dynamic and fun start up, peaceful environment flexible hours information on what will happen cool international people and growing startup

Cons

leaders no idea how to manage people, operational and non-strategic or how to grow women leaders are 3/15 but there are many in operational work - women don't get promoted and need to proove more than man we say international but high levels speak German feedback is not concrete with examples and ideas on how to improve, very BS talk Start up hours but no steep career no growth option and good people leave laughing wages - there is much better in Munich
