Pros
I have so far been impressed with the level of smarts at this company. I see lots of very intelligent, young, and fun people who are passionate about what they do and excited to drive change. It doesn't feel like a place where many are just punching the clock. The company infrastructure and processes in place are impressive (better than I expected from such a young company) and help to make sure that the day-to-day runs smoothly and employees have what they need to be efficient.
Cons
Company has grown so fast the office is bursting at the seams, but hopefully a short term issue with bigger office planned soon. Pay is not the greatest, definitely on the low end of the spectrum for the level of responsibility and workload, but they do try to compensate with other perks (like free bus/train rides).
