      Perfect place to start your career, lot of opportunities and ability to try new tasks/projects and take responsibility

      Cons

      The salary is super mid to market or even a bit lower. You will do lot of things which needed (maybe not around your function) but not stupid ones so for me it‘s more an option to grow.
