      - Good and friendly environment - Working from anywhere policy and flexibility in general - Culture of open feedback - Possibility to explore, try out new things with an entrepreneur approach

      Cons

      - Middle/upper management sometimes confusing, not prepared to lead teams and not knowing what they are doing - Recruitment process is not too structured, leading to hiring candidates which ultimately are not a good fit for what we are offering
