      Remote work. I was lucky to have an incredible manager and CFO.

      Cons

      The culture isn’t the most exciting but everyone is very nice. I got laid off last year but no big deal. Again, I had an amazing manager and great team.

      Cons

      Low salary Extremely high workload and very slow promotion. When complaining about workload, leadership does not care about solving the root cause of the issue but rather tries to motivate emplyees to work harder. No career growth due to low capacity for skills development either because of redundant projects or because of workload itself
