Co-workers were nice, central office that's easy to get to

Cons

Everyone is replaceable, the attitude from management carries into most aspects of the company, it takes awhile to learn this as the founders are young and you'd expect more interest / connection from them, but it's no surprise as a budget company

I miss the healthy and transparent environment. Salary improved dramatically over the years after COVID as the company became a scale-up.

Lot of trust created some grey areas around people's productivity.
