      good to do a little of everything you are not scolded for mistakes dynamic and fun start up, peaceful environment flexible hours information on what will happen cool international people and growing startup

      Cons

      leaders no idea how to manage people, operational and non-strategic or how to grow women leaders are 3/15 but there are many in operational work - women don't get promoted and need to proove more than man we say international but high levels speak German feedback is not concrete with examples and ideas on how to improve, very BS talk Start up hours but no steep career no growth option and good people leave laughing wages - there is much better in Munich

      Pros

      Really depends on the team. If you are lucky to be part of the good team - then it would be the nice place to work. The product itself is nice, but sometimes management making really strange decisions.

      Cons

      Office could be better. Amount of unnecessary meetings should be reduced.
