      You get a lot of responsibility very quick (at least when I started 2 years ago, now it might be a bit different for newcomers). Interesting projects, very smart and driven colleagues

      Messy processes Some team leads are not align at all with the initial culture of the company Salaries are very low Lack of transparency in the administrative processes HR changing all the time
