- amazing colleagues - advanced in technology and technological practices - allows for autonomy and ownership - mission-driven and it's a mission worth joining - diverse and inclusive - Daniel Kraus :)

Cons

- some people are a bit overworked, particularly leadership got lots on their shoulders - it's a highly competitive business with lots of ups and downs - sometimes you feel the start-up roots and in some teams, where seniority is missing, there's too much drama
