Mostly friendly atmosphere, General encouragement for new ideas.

Cons

Notorious for low salaries, bad management especially middle management, lots of incompetent managers who made their way with just "talking" with not much actual skills. Merit and technical capabilities are usually not rewarded, while the lack thereof seems to be rewarded! There's a general atmosphere of dissatisfaction amongst employees. The company has been critically bleeding talent for too long for these reasons. They're also gradually losing the "start up" spirit that they were trying hard to keep (and actually managed to keep for a while).
