Work-life balance is ok most of the time. Young work environment, very dynamic.

Cons

Very few chances for promotions and raises. The developing program is pretty week. Salary conditions vary widely with not so clear parameters, not very transparent despite a policy for salary benchmarking. Very fast changing teams with many not very experienced colleges and team leaders.
