Quality higher management, fun culture, still a bit of a start-up feeling. Fun company events. Freedom to contribute as individual and be creative. Young median/avg. employee age. Constant change, growth and expansion. Good work-life balance, free time respected.

Cons

Low pay, unstructured processes, high employee turnover, corporate culture not consistent across all employees, likely due to lower employment standards because of aforementioned cons. Was hit pretty hard by covid crisis.
