Layed back dress code, possibility to talk to the top management easily

Cons

Very few communication and understanding between different departements, even though the missions are very intricated, messy professional tools, and pretty much no possibility to evolve within the company.

While going through the pandemic things have been very difficult but the team made sure to handle the situation with the employee in mind. While this is not always perceived well by everyone I do appreciate the hard work which was put in to make sure everyone was provided with what they need. Flix USA also started a Covid relief fund for the former employees affected by the pandemic.
